Where Is OpenJDK 7 Installation Directory?

Been trying to locate where OpenJDK 7 is installed to on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS but have ended up at a dead end. In the previous Ubuntu LTS version one could find out where a package was installed to via Synaptic, in the properties for the selected package. Does the Ubuntu Software Center have some functionality for finding out where a package has been installed to? Need the information in order to add OpenJDK 7 as a second Java platform for NB 7.1. I’m not sure if it is possible to change the default JDK used by NB once it has been set during installation.

Please help.

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
